Cryptographic Algorithm Testing

Penumbra Security conducts cryptographic algorithm validation testing on behalf of the cryptographic algorithm validation program (CAVP). Upon successful completion of a cryptographic test suite the CAVP will issue the algorithm (or component) a validation certificate. This certificate is posted on the CAVP website for reference. Cryptographic Modules validated under the Cryptographic Module Validation Program (CMVP) must utilize validate algorithms when operating in an "Approved" mode.
